If you want a place...

Liked: The location and the customer service
Disliked: The property is old and needs to be updated. It was only 1 washcloth in the room, 1 elevator working and very visible patches on the wall that needs to be fixed. When I think of Marriott I think luxury and that wasn’t it.

No tv or wifi

Liked: Staff location.
Disliked: Can't believe we did not have tv or wifi for 4 days. They just couldn't fix it or just didn't want to.

Very good hotel, friendly staff,...

Liked: Good breakfast, ( fresh fruits, etc. ), very good location ( selection of restaurants and shops in the Fair Oaks Mall - just next door ).
Disliked: generally all was very good, If you add some selection of cheese and watermelon - would be even better.

I would return to this...

Liked: Cleanliness and a comfortable bed is primary (no surprise). The bathroom was well equipped and the shower was superb. I admit that I have stayed at that facility a number of time before (for famiy AND Business) and felt the same. I will surely stay there again.
Disliked: A night light for the "middle of the nighters" would be helpful.

It is not our best...

Liked: The lobby looked nice.It looks nice on the website
Disliked: Our joining room was as if they were in our room! There was no sound proofing. I heard the toddler jump, scream, and cry.. I will say they were not doing anything out of the norm, I literally woke up to their family coughing in middle of the night as if they were sleeping right next to me. I tried calling the lobby about 10:30 and no one ever answered. Our shower curtain had stains of black mold when I got in the shower in the morning. It was not hygienic at all.
