It was pretty good

Disliked: We had a 2nd floor room facing the inside of the building. There were people talking and laughing below our window until after midnight while I was trying to go to sleep. They probably didn’t seem loud to each other, but their voices echoed in the courtyard making them seem noisier and louder.

Liked: It’s near the city’s mall. Parking is free. It’s off Route 66 highway.
Disliked: This property is old. The plumbing is weak and it took forever for the toilet to flush. It’s bathtub sink took forever to drain. Security to guest elevator is not a card read. Linens were old and pillows were worn out. This property definitely needs a renovation.

Standard Marriott, avoid the breakfast

Liked: Well maintained facilities, as you would expect from a Marriott.
Disliked: Not the most clean - our room had a pullout couch with stained mattress and pillow. This hotel had the worst breakfast at a Marriott property that I can remember. I went at 9am and they were out of bread, bagels, pastries. The heated tray that once had biscuits and gravy was empty and it took 20 mins before someone refilled it. There were no juices, three apples and two oranges, no salmon left. Myself and many others had to wait for plates, and they were out of glasses.

Fake Balcony

Liked: I booked this hotel thinking it had an outside balcony but realized once I got there, the balcony was inside the hotel overlooking the banquet hall, which I don't understand why. I was definitely upset since I am a smoker and the hotel was smoke free
