Liked: Great stay, and great value for money. Staff very friendly and nice and welcoming. Room spacious and had everything needed (hairdryer, iron, chocolate!!)

Liked: From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The team went out of their way to accommodate every request, always with kindness and professionalism. The room was beautifully designed—inviting and comfortable - while the bathroom felt upscale, with high-quality fixtures and heavenly-scented toiletries. The on-site restaurant served excellent food, and it was clear that attention to detail runs through every part of the hotel. The small, thoughtful gestures from the staff made our stay feel truly personal and memorable.
Disliked: If I had to mention something, the only minor detail that comes to mind is that the corridor had a slightly odd smell at times - but such a small thing in an otherwise 10/10 flawless stay.

Liked: Friendly front of house staff member. Large room . We had the Rabbie Burns family room which had a super long bed and two single beds
Disliked: Maybe we were just unlucky but we had a lot of noise from the room next door and lots of car and bike noise from the road outside

Disliked: Bedroom really needs updating, carpet need replacing and has a musky smell. Shower room could do with replacing the shower tray and grouting was really old and didn't look very clean Due to this I didn't use the facilities,.Went to local swimming pool instead
