Disliked: There wasn’t anything I admired about property. I arrived early. Check in was 3pm. I agreed to wait in lobby area until 3pm til check in but I just got out of hospital my daughter was waiting outside in car. I asked to use a bathroom. There were 3 people there 2 men and a female. The female accompanied to the first room from the lobby. There was no electricity. I almost tripped in room I turned an let them know I wasn’t staying and canceling my reservation. I proceeded to notify booking Booking notified facility and all in agreement for full refund. I just think they need more time before advertising. It has possibilities

Disliked: Key card problems, entrance/exit doors not working, manager intoxicated..could smell alcohol on him,Q restaurant on location shutdown w gas jugs on table, floors uneven causing trip hazards that i ulltimately tripped over, pool not working with pool pump sitting exposed in walway. Switched first dirty room to a room with abroken window. Worst hotel experience EVER. APRIL 19-21, 2024

Disliked: These pictures do NOT show the actual hotel. (This stay was from 2024 not 2023) The lounge and bar are closed with chains around the bar saying no trespassing. The floor is ripped up with rocks and pebbles everywhere as if the place is under construction. There is no restaurant. The rooms look completely different, they didn’t have our room booked and made us wait until they found a clean room, when we got in there was hair on the sheets, black mold in the bathroom, a moldy curtain, burn holes in the curtain and rug, it looked nothing like the pictures. We asked 3 people for clean sheets, none ever came. They gave us half a roll of toilet paper and when we needed more, none was brought to us. There is no phone in the room so you have to go up to the front desk to make requests, the staff is extremely rude. When we complained we were refused our money back, when we said we would write bad reviews we were laughed at. Save yourself the headache, I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me

Disliked: No blankets, took too long to check in due to hotel system being slow, broken fire alarm, knock at our door at night from staff saying we had a balance when we had already paid and not given any explanation.

You get what you pay...

Liked: The room was ok. The bed was good. I slept really well, especially the first night. And the pillows were good, which is unusual, I'm pretty picky about pillows. The shower was nice; good pressure. The chair with a hassock was nice.The staff was nice. And the place was empty in my area, so it was quiet most of the time.When it first opened, it seemed like the place was awesome. But was upkeep was not done and looked run down in much of the building.
Disliked: The light switch right inside the door did not work. I told management and was told it would be fixed. Ultimately, it was never fixed during my whole stay. It felt unsafe and I was unsure about entering the room because it'd be so dark till I got to turn the light on.I was never told or warned there was going to be a pool party, which meant loud music was played right outside my room till midnight on Saturday night. On top of people yelling.There were signs for ice, and when I found the ice machine, it didn't work. I had to ask for it at the front desk and they got it from the bar - which meant I had no access to ice then later because the bar was closed.My key cards kept not working. Each day I had to go and have them reprogrammed.Saturday morning, for some reason, there was a loud bang and the building shook. This happened many times.
