Underwhelming

Liked: There was a workout room, bed had full size pillows, tv worked
Disliked: Bath towel had to be 20 yrs old, the incidental cc charge is still put on even if you pay online, sketchy people all-over, people yelling in the hallway,

Passable

Liked: The breakfast was very small, waffles, two kinds of cereal & store bought honeybuns. Not exactly a continental breakfast. I had a situation where the room wasn't clean when I checked the mattress's, I expected a upgrade for the room, but unfortunately all I got was a different room that thankfully didn't have a problem with the mattress's.

Liked: I liked the complimentary breakfast
Disliked: Reception lady was telling me I didn't have my name on my credit card when it was clearly printed on the front. Also, the pool was very cold and it looked like someone had vomited on the deck. We also found a used eyelash strip in our room.

Disappointing

Liked: Not much choice in continental breakfast. The beds were hard as cement. The TV was very poor quality. And the heater in the room did not work properly.

It was a waste of...

Liked: We didnt get the breakfast! We were not informed that it ended at 9 am!! We got down there at 915 and I don't even think they had it because it was all dark in there like it had been the whole time we were there. I even asked at check in to make sure they had breakfast. She said yes and that was it. They did not even have the "family" room lights and TV turned on! It was dark and gloomy in the whole place. Not very welcoming.
Disliked: Along with the list above, the indoor pool was not even opened up! They opened it up for me and my grandsion but the water was freezing!! I am pretty sure they don't open that up either but advertised that they one. Then the snack machine had maybe 2 different snacks then the rest was a toothbrush in a spot, toothpaste in another etc. And no water in the machines at all!!! We had to leave and go to the gas station to get water to drink. Just wanted to take grandson for a night away on his springbreak so he could swim and feel like he did something fun. It was a disaster going there.
