Location is good and price...

Liked: Location is great. Close to the highway.
Disliked: It really needs to be upgraded and better kept up with. We had a toilet seat that was barely hanging on. Blood on the curtain, stains on blanket, overall sense on uncleanliness.

Disliked: Room felt a bit damp, beds not as comfortable as some hotels but we slept fine

Exceptional

Outrageously loud exhaust fan but...

Liked: The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the breakfast and location both good.
Disliked: The exhaust fan in the room's bathroom was as loud as a train whistle! And you couldn't turn it off, because the only light in there was connected to it. It drove me up the wall! The hotel clerk told me that they're working on such issues, updating all the rooms after having disconnected the other light in them..(??!!?) They just hadn't gotten to that one yet. I couldn't get to a less-annoying room quickly enough.
