Fairbridge Inn Express Pittsfield

Booked this hotel at the last minute over the internet and now I know why they had open rooms. I wouldn't stay here again if they gave me the room for free.

Liked: Not much of anything.
Disliked: The check in staff was rude and argumentative. The room was dated and the entire facility was substandard.

Liked: The room was great, very clean, and everything worked well.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was the stairways were dirty, but they are also outside stairways, so I do understand that they would be difficult to keep perfectly clean all the time.

Disappointing

Disliked: Poorly maintained property and rude staff. Room had patched holes in wall,.. not for a family.

Stay somewhere else

Disliked: Very dirty, bathroom walls with stuff splattered on them, stained sheets...I didn't want to touch anything. Smoke smell from downstairs came into our room

It was not good

Liked: The room was decent, but no frills
Disliked: The staff was basically non-existent. You had to ask for everything, new towels, coffee, room service. The grounds were very dirty and clearly had not been maintained for a long time. Hallways were dirty. A breakfast was advertised but there was no breakfast. This is not a good hotel, even for the lower price, compared with other places.

Disliked: The room was general old, run down and hard a dirty feel. The refrigerator made uncomfortable noise throughout the night. The TV remote was unclean.

Disliked: Terrible location due to traffic constraints. Very LOW visibility from the street. External appearance is not appealing.
