Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Dirty, terrible customer service, broken ice machine, broken sink handle, broken toilet seat, glass on parking lot, roaches,tub wouldn't drain, lights too dim, upstairs units were burned and boarded up.

Awful. Told could check in...
Liked: We tried to check in. We were told by guy in wheelchair that we could not check in for 2 more houhrs -4pm. We had made arrangements with online person to check in at 2. RUDE guy said no so we went next door and were treated well

Liked: There was nothing I liked about this hotel.
Disliked: Their web site said coffee and tea was available, but there was none. The web site also said breakfast was included, but they said it was not. I tried to show the manager a screenshot showing breakfast was included. He refused to look at it. NO HOT WATER!
