Pleasant

Liked: Price was reasonable compared to surrounding areas
Disliked: It was off-putting when you check in and the staff is behind plexiglass and you have to slide your cards through the tiny hole. Makes you feel like the area is not safe and immediately made me question where we were and the crime rates. The staff was friendly it was just the appearance of the lobby and check in area.

Liked: Friendly staff. Basic breakfast. Coffee was good.
Disliked: The condition of the common areas of the motel was clean but pretty well worn. The bedding and towels were excellent. The water was hot. Microwave and fridge were good. The AC was excellent, especially during a heat wave! I felt safe and got a good nights sleep.

Disappointing

Liked: It was the perfect spot for getting off the road between Florida and Maine in heavy traffic.
Disliked: The dark old fashioned bedspreads gave me the heebie jeebies. Time to switch to all white linens to go with their beautiful new flooring.

Warm, friendly and comfortable -...

Liked: The staff and management were extremely friendly and attentive. They offered complimentary coffee throughout the day, and the rooms were impeccably clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient, with a nearby Jamaica restaurant serving delicious and affordable meals. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff replenished the options regularly. This hotel felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn't have minded staying a few more days. Neco and the rest of the staff were particularly kind and friendly.
Disliked: The property didn’t have a gym or a pool.

A fine place to stay...

Liked: The last two years I have traveled to the area for a race. This is the better of the hotels I have stayed in. It is cleaner and nicer than the one down the street. It’s easy to reach. Maybe a bit noisy, but not too bad.
Disliked: Noise, both from my room facing the road and cold hear other guests in the hall.
