Disliked: were having major problems with door keys. we went to the front desk and had new card/keys made several times. they would work once and then we were not able to get back into our room. ended up having to not lock our room when we were on site as we wouldnt be able to get back in. the first two or three people at the front desk and even the maintenance man were super polite and helpful. they even tried to put us in a different room but the door wasnt working on it either. upon checkout I was talking with who i believe was the manager. I was wanting to know if we would be getting any sort of credit for all of the problems that we had been having. she informed me that everyone that was staying there had been having problems with the locks and that they couldnt give everyone a discount. her demeanor at that time was enough to make me determine that i will never do business with anyone that has employees that talks to guests that way. I have been staying at this location for many years. the prices have went up and the quality has went down.

Liked: Facilities were clean, well maintained and front desk staff were friendly and very accommodating, especially Tonya, Jessica and Sunny. We were there for a tournament, the place was packed. They went out of thier way to make sure we were all taken care of. Thanks to all of you!
