Just awful!
Liked: NOTHING!
Disliked: The place was absolutely filthy. The floors were dirty, the tub was never cleaned. The bathroom waste basket was full of garbage. The curtains had dead bugs in them. I was afraid to sleep in the bed. What an awful experience. I would like a refund!

I would stay again.
Liked: The staff was exceptional, and I like that they showed me different rooms before I picked one.

Terrible!
Disliked: The pictures and descriptions from your website doesn’t match in anyway from the actual experience. Upon arrival and check we were take to rooms that looked nothing like the website photos. There were stains on the comforters, floors and walls and bugs in the bathroom. I immediately went to the manager and asked about a refund. They said no and they were willing to upgrade us to the rooms that matched the website. We looked at those rooms and the doors did not fully close and we were asked to pay for a higher rate. After discussing it with my family we decided it didn’t feel a safe environment for me and my family to stay there. As we were leaving the property the manager came out and said he wouldn’t charge us for the upgrade… which really wasn’t an upgrade. At that point we did not feel comfortable or safe staying in that hotel. The hotel person said to come back the next day and talk to the manager about getting a refund. We stopped by and talked to the manager and he refused to even consider a refund. After this experience we checked out yelp reviews and there are many similar reviews such as this. We understand you have a 48 hour non refundable policy, however we feel like we were mislead and would have had no way to make a change until we actually were inside at the hotel. Could you please work with the hotel to help me get a refund as we ended up having to stay at a different hotel in a neighboring town, further away from where my son had his competition. For what it’s worth I would also recommend taking them off booking.com so it doesn’t hurt your site. I would greatly appreciate if you could help me… this was a big trip for my family to watch my son compete and it created a lot stress for us and also now a financial stress.

Liked: Location to West Point. Room was clean. Gentleman at the front desk during check in was very friendly.
Disliked: Undergoing renovations, the room we were in was basic, but looked like there were still some renovations to be done.

Sketchy and doesnt feel safe
Disliked: Extremely run down motel. Cobwebs multiple spots in room. Room lock flimsy, felt very vulnerable being directly off highway. Awful

Wont recommend
Liked: It was close to my destination
Disliked: The roof leaked on to my bed. No discount provided. The door did not shut all the way. Put a chair in front of it while I was in the room When I told the person at the front desk. They said ok thanks Hmmm
