Convenient Location and Nice Staff
Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The owner was so accommodating to our very late check in. Will definitely stay again.
Disliked: Door was very difficult to get locked. Exterior is outdated but we will absolutely stay again for the next USMA football season.

Liked: Location was close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: 1. When we asked about the continental breakfast, we were told there hasn’t been a continental breakfast since Covid 19.2. There was no 24 hour front desk as the ad says. 3. There was no sprinklers in our room in case of fire. 4. The paper we were given with a list of local restaurants/food places, was not up to date. A few of the places had been closed for a long time. 5. I feel the Fair Bridge Inn and Suites in Highland Falls NY should be reevaluated knowing Booking.com’s standards.

Terrible.........the worst travel accommodation experience...
Liked: I didn't like anything about it. The "inn" should more accurately be described as a 1950s motel. The bed and everything else about the room was awful. The parking lot was terrible and full of ruts. There was on only other car in the whole parking lot during the three nights we stayed there.
Disliked: I paid for the three-day stay (March) when I checked out. I stayed for those three nights in one room with one other person (my wife) and our small dog. I paid for the three nights in one room using a credit card. Today I got the monthly bill from the credit card company which shows me being charged by the "hotel" for three rooms instead of one. The three charges add up to $1,660.90. As of the same date of March 3 there were two charges of $622.86 and one charge of $415.24. When I called the manager at the hotel a few minutes ago to correct the mistake he said that your company (Bookings.com) booked me for three rooms, not one. He said I have to pay for the three rooms even though he does recall that they were aware that nobody stayed in those two other rooms (anyone could plainly see that since the motel parking lot was empty except for one other car on the far side of the lot). He said that I have to pay for the other two rooms because (he said) your company (Bookings.com) booked them. Which is ridiculous. I am going to call the credit card company on Monday and refuse payment for all but one charge.

Disliked: I’ve stayed in this location before, usually in the same room. This time I got a different room and it wasn’t as clean as I would want it to be.
