Over priced, bad hotel.
Liked: Close to the Uni
Disliked: Door locks broken; no safety/ security. Had to bring my valuables out to the car each morning. Employees were indifferent to complaints about door locks being broken. No Maint work nor technician came to fix the system. Breakfast was cheap/ minor for room rate. Needed more offerings/ food selection.

Price gouging at its finest
Liked: Good location
Disliked: We could never get our door open and if we did it took 30 tries. Most of the time we had to track down an employee to break in with a master key. Ridiculous. The prices they charge during graduation are horrible. Not sure what they do with the money because it’s not spent on the hotel :(

I had a terrible experience...
Disliked: The lock on the door to my room did not function properly. Each time I wished to enter my room, I needed to go to the front desk to request a maintenance person to jimmy my door open as no key card would work. There were stains on the carpet, the tub did not drain appropriately and there was pealing paint in the room.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Sinks didn't work, broken lamp, broken chair, zero water pressure, shower couldn't hold water temp. Switched from scolding to cold in during use.

It's a bad feeling not...
Liked: THE STAFF WAS VERY FRENDLY , HELPFUL , POLLITE AND THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE
Disliked: OUR KEY DID NOT WORK IN THE DOOR TO THE ROOM SO THE STAFF SWITCHED OUR ROOM THE KEY WORKED THE 1ST NIGHT AND WOULD'NT WORK THE 2ND NIGHT THE STAFF HAD TO USE A SPEACIAL TOOL TO LET US IN OUR ROOM ALONG WITH 3 OTHER CUSTOMERS WAITING TO GAIN ACCESS TO THERE ROOMS

Close to University
Liked: Very convenient location to be near U of I. Decent property for the value. No pool or hot tub, those are things to look forward to on a trip. Good breakfast.

It was a place to...
Liked: I booked a room with a king bed. I was given a room with a queen, and told that’s what they had for me in their system. I showed them my receipt, and he said that’s what they had for me on their side, and there was nothing they could do about it. I won’t go back.
