Liked: Comfortable bed nice hot tub

It was a good experience!

Liked: They were nice. Overall the hot tub is a great feature.
Disliked: The hair dryers don’t work. The watering system takes a long time to get warm. The toilet paper holder was broken. And the bed wasn’t the greatest but I like the room !

Disliked: Would like to know that it was more for kids as we didn't want to be around that many. And no pool

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: Poor service, poor facility, poor manner, cheating rate, not honest, bad smell.... that was a terrible place!!Do not stay there! Never!!

Sleepless night…

Liked: Location was good to proximity to AC
Disliked: Clean but dated. Pillows are hard as a rock. AC /heat unit in room didn’t stay running. Had to reset throughout.

Worst!

Liked: Just the location
Disliked: It’s dirty. The sheets were not changed. There’s smudge of brown stuff on the sheets, the room smells like smoke and dust and it smells like wet laundry that has been there for weeks. They also charge security deposit but they do not advertise it. They tell you that when you get there. The price was too high for it’s quality. Nothing good about this hotel. No free drinking water, but they offer free breakfast. Breakfast doesn’t include drinking water too. The elevator is scary as it sounds like it’s going to breakdown anytime. They didn’t have the rooms we booker available so the guised it as upgrading our booking to something better but nothing is better. The tub in the other room that we booked has a chair in it and says sorry jetted tub is not working. And it really smells. After our stay, we all got sick. Like cold and cough because of the room’s smell. The ac smells dirty too.
