Liked: Nice, quiet, peaceful setting.
Disliked: Shower/bathtub did not drain well in rm 312, so taking a shower was like standing on the beach with your feet submerged in the water.

It was a dump.

Liked: Considers themselves a "boutique" hotel. What a joke. It is a run down motel from the 60s. Peeling paint, Old bathroom appliances. Furniture all broken down. Bathroom amenities a joke. Ballast made constant loud noise. TV did not work. Bed had plastic covering on the mattress. It made noises. And it was so overpriced! I can stay at Marriot Fairfield motels for less than this one cost. For motels like this I would expect to pay about $75 a night. I should have known it was going to be a dump when they charged my credit card for the room three days in advance. Who does that? Booking.com should remove this choice from their website. I heard others staying there saying the same thing.
Disliked: Only thing to make this better would be to refund all my money and take this motel off of the website.

Liked: Location was great, right off the highway. Room was fine. Nothing fancy. The desk attendant in the morning was pleasant.
Disliked: Mattress on bed was VERY FIRM. Way too firm for our liking. The rooms need a little refreshing. Paint peeling around doors, the fake wood grain on the flooring at the entrance is peeling up. Breakfast, well, basic at best. Orange juice was watered down, offerings were a loaf of bread (for toast), a couple bagels, a handful of minimuffins, two choices of dry cereal, a couple containers of yogurt and a waffle maker. At least the coffee was good. I've stayed at numerous hotels for less money that had much better breakfast options. And, not the hotel's fault, but there was a car with a loud muffler (or lack of one) that drove into and out of the lot all night, it seemed, and spent some time just idling in the lot.

Liked: The location was good for us.
Disliked: The bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable.

A good inn for a...

Liked: The beds were comfortable and clean. The rooms were really big and clean and included a mini fridge and microwave. There were two sinks in our double queen room. Overall, the inn felt clean and safe.

Liked: Staff was very nice and helpful. He silenced a beeping smoke detector quickly. Coffee was good. Rm 208 has big window door for sunshine. Nice because it was -10 degrees this morning. Room did have adequate heat.
Disliked: Smoke detector restarted beeping in the middle of the night. Breakfast was poor, very little to choose from. Luckily, we had some of our own fruit. In room refrigerator very loud.
