Comfortable and cozy 1-night stay...

Liked: Great location, wonderful host (Denise), delicious homemade breakfast, quaint and cozy room, very clean.
Disliked: Parking may be tandem depending on number of guests with cars. There is also quite a bit of street noise depending on which way your room faces.

Best B&B in Downtown

Liked: I have stayed at other local B&Bs in Newport over the years, and this was, by far, our favorite. The location cannot be beat...it's a few steps away from downtown, making popping in and out easy and convenient. Denise met us at the door upon arrival, and she was an absolute pleasure. As a full-time Newport resident who lives at this location, she knows where to go, what to do, and how to get there. The property was immaculate and beautifully appointed, and we felt more like welcomed houseguests vs a booking. The breakfasts were amazing, cooked to order each day and enjoyed on the patio overlooking the garden. The bed was comfortable, and the room was just the right size. I was a little concerned about the parking situation when we arrived, as it is a small driveway where guests double-parked, but Denise was on top of our plans and getting in and out was never a problem for anyone staying.
Disliked: The shower was tiny, but the water was hot and the pressure was great, so it was not a problem.

Nice Bed and Breakfast very...

Liked: This is a quaint Bed and Breakfast, very close to all the action in downtown Newport. The nice thing is you can walk a very short distance to all the restaurants, bars and shops in downtown (parking is difficult in that area). The owner was very nice and we had a nice conversation over breakfast. She makes a nice eggs and bacon breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: There are not a lot of fancy amenities in the room but you would expect that at an older, colonial home in New England.

I would stay again!

Liked: I loved the inn aesthetic and the breakfast was a lovely touch! Location was awesome! Right in the heart of Newport!
Disliked: Older building and ac units that were noisy
