Liked: I loved the inn aesthetic and the breakfast was a lovely touch! Location was awesome! Right in the heart of Newport!
Disliked: Older building and ac units that were noisy

Liked: I loved my overnight stay, Fair Street Guest house was the perfect location for a 9 minute walk to Touro Park to catch the Summer Solstice Sun's transition through the Newport Tower.It's also located perfectly near Thames Street, all the shops, restaurants, etc
Disliked: There was not one thing I did not like.

Liked: Nice quiet inn. Owner had really great suggestions for what to do and where to eat. Very friendly. Breakfast was great in the mornings. Very close to everything. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Liked: Either the location and facility is excellent. The host was nice and friendly, cooked delicious breakfast for me. I absolutely love the vibes of the whole house and the setting of the room.
