Perfect place to stay for...

Liked: Location was perfect! Host was so nice & breakfast was delicious & property is clean & pretty & special.

Liked: Central located so that we could walk everywhere for lunch dinner drinks and shopping!Our room was comfortable and immaculate. Breakfast the next morning was so yummy!!

Liked: The Fair Street Inn is very close to the Newport Wharf, restaurants, and shopping. It is easy to walk and get around in the area.
Disliked: We made the mistake of staying on a Friday night. It is a very busy area and was very loud (we go to bed by 10 PM). In addition, the room was very warm with no way to adjust the temperature other than open the windows - which added to the noise.

Liked: The location is fabulous! Walking distance to most anywhere you’d want to go. The BNB is lovely and Denise is friendly and helped us make decisions on where to visit while in Newport and MA. The breakfast is very yummy!!
Disliked: The bed could have been better.
