Fair Motel

Great, exceeded expectations, nothing bad...

Liked: Everything! Staff wonderful, clean rooms, second time we stayed in a week and will for sure stay again!
Disliked: Nothing.

Clean property, easy to get...

Liked: Very clean, staff was super nice, good location & quiet property. Will absolutely stay again!
Disliked: Nothing , it was great!

Just a hotel near several...

Liked: The price was right.
Disliked: No reading lamps and no end tables

Decent property, but basic maintenance...

Liked: First, someone has invested in paint, tile and furniture for this property, but there were some issues.
Disliked: The road noise from Route 17 is fairly significant, so if you are in a room the faces the road, you need to be ready to sleep through the noise. It took me a certain amount of time to figure out that turning on the heater/air unit required sticking your finger in the hole where the power button should be. Also, the shower control knob fell off of the wall, but fortunately I was able to hold it in place to get water. There was no ice bucket in the room. Most maddening of all was that there was no soap in the room, and at 6 a.m. no one answered the phone so I could get some soap. I resigned myself to using the little packet of shampoo as shower gel, but unfortunately could not open the plastic envelope with wet hands, so had to use much of my face wash as soap. I was planning to report all of this at check-out, but the sign by the office window said to drop the key in the slot, and to NOT ring the bell. Oh well.

Good Location, will likely not...

Liked: There was no breakfast. It's location remains it's only appeal.
Disliked: Extremely Noisy due to it's location literally some rooms, (mine) were within 35 feet of a 24/7 highway..

Despite my personal complaints, this...

Liked: Inexpensive. Clean. Bathroom fixtures updated and worked well.
Disliked: Highway noise. No bedside reading lamps. Refrigerator didn’t work. Talked to the manager. She said, “I’ll be there in ten minutes.” She never came. I ended up with some spoiled food.
