Cheap but not worth it.

Disliked: The furniture in the rooms is in bad shape. The outside of the building is in serious need of repair. We actually found a cockroach in the room. Will never stay here again.

Disliked: During my stay, there were several issues that I feel should be addressed:Firstly, there is a new unit under construction directly across from the property. The noise in the early mornings was extremely disruptive, and I was not informed about this in advance — neither before booking nor at check-in. There was no courtesy notice or warning from the front desk, which I believe should be standard in such situations.Secondly, the construction activity caused the surrounding area to be quite dirty and crowded. Vehicles and workers frequently tracked in dirt, making the grounds dusty and unpleasant.Additionally, on the second day, someone came into the unit for cleaning and mistakenly took away a bundle of clean garbage bags I had prepared. I returned late that evening and could not address the issue until the next morning. When I spoke to the front desk, the receptionist showed no sign of apology. She simply handed me a few thin, transparent trash bags that were easy to tear and clearly insufficient.Lastly, the bathroom drainage was very poor. After showering, the water would remain pooled around my feet, making it feel like I hadn’t washed at all. I often had to rinse off again in the tub to feel clean.I hope these concerns can be taken seriously to improve future guest experiences.
