Disliked: Very noisy at night, inside and outside the hotel

Liked: Perfectly located on the opposite side of the train station and very close to the main bus station as well.Self checking in and out very easy to do calling the manager on what's app.

Liked: Location was right next to the central train station. Room was big, clean, and relatively quiet despite happenings outside. Bed was very comfortable for me. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was served with a generous German breakfast. Will definitely stay there again whenever I visit friends in Mönchengladbach!
Disliked: No elevator, and unfortunately I have knee problems. And it would be difficult if I had heavy luggage. Lastly, a pair of slippers in the room would have been great too. But these are small concerns.

Liked: Location is top notch, easy movement because it’s right outside the Mönchengladbach Central Station.
Disliked: Housekeeper never showed up even though they promised to be back in an hour. Upper floors can only be reached by stairs.
