Liked: It is my favourite hotel in Dunedin. It is very clean, classy and comfortable. The staff is lovely and friendly and the food at the restaurant was amazing. I was very impressed by the waiting staff on Monday night. They gave 10/10 service.

Liked: location was good, reasonably central. room was quiet.restaurant/ bar was very nice.
Disliked: road access was a bit tough not being from there. parking was non- existent and we had to find metered parking longer term blocks away.

Liked: Room, although spotless, was very small (especially when on the road with 2 lge suitcases)Loved breakfast and the location. Staff were great.
Disliked: The room was really small and quite difficult to move around when there were two of us.

Nice but noisy

Liked: The staff were very friendly, hotel was very clean and great location.
Disliked: Room had no soundproofing on the windows, we were on the 2nd floor and being the weekend the street noise at night was very loud, could clearly hear people on the street and lots of car noise, there was also a music venue across the road and the music/bass was so so loud up until midnight. Also when booking a classic room just keep in mind they are very small.
