More style than substance

Liked: Perfect location, attentive staff (to the point they met us at the cab and offered to take our luggage). The room had bathrobes and a spacious shower.
Disliked: The room was cramped, we didn’t have space to open up the luggage and we couldn’t even open the window because the bed frame was set against it, which also made it dark and a bit claustrophobic. It smelled damp. It was poorly designed, with more style than substance in mind.Also one of the lifts stopped working on day 1 and the other creaked ominously.

Liked: Bed was super comfy. Rainfall shower. I had read reviews about noise but it wasn't an issue for me. 11am checkout.
Disliked: Two single beds I'm sure that isn't what I booked. Time for restaurant to get over use of balsamic glaze on food. Out dated. Baggage attendance a bit rude.. I dropped off bag early and they wouldn't give me a stub.

Liked: Was hesitant to book after reading some reviews. But honestly loved it !! Think it’s perfect for a little romantic getaway with your spouse. We were greeted on arrival with a welcome drink and brownies as we checked in. Our room was upgraded from classic queen to luxury king for FREE !! Customer service in all of our stay was amazing!I loved how you can book the hot tub and sauna privately. My husband and I enjoyed having it to ourselves. The concierge picked us up and escorted us to the spa and sauna for the time we had it booked. Location was perfect and convenient to everything. I enjoyed breakfast especially the different tea stations.
Disliked: Nothing. But just a recommendation for anyone who needs parking, PAY FOR VALET !! We parked at the uncovered Wilson parking and ended up paying almost $100 from check in to 10am the next morning . We stayed on a Thursday night so no weekend specials
