Exceptional

Liked: Fable Auckland was a fantastic experience, and one of its greatest assets is undoubtedly its staff. Mark and the lady who checked me in were incredibly attentive and detail-oriented. Their warmth and professionalism made a strong first impression that truly stayed with me. I was delighted to be upgraded to a Luxurious King Suite and allowed to check in early, as a room was available. The suite was gorgeous but the real star was the bed. It was so comfortable that I enjoyed two restful, uninterrupted nights. The location is also unbeatable as everything you need for a short stay is just a short walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to pamper myself here again in the future. Fable Auckland has earned a special place in my heart.

Lovely treat as a getaway...

Liked: Beautiful room. Lovely decor. Close to Commercial Bay and waterfront where we went for dinner and drinks.
Disliked: Due to the location being on Queen Street, you could hear pedestrian noise outside which can be quite loud on a Saturday night.

Disappointing

Liked: The overall stay was nice, unfortunately, i was travelling for work and had constant Wifi issues. Each time i would call downstairs, the staff said they would call back with a solution, and i never got a resolution.
Disliked: WIFI

Disliked: Location in Queen Street, felt unsafe at night.

Liked: Very stylish, comfortable rooms beautifully furnished. Staff professional and helpful. Excellent location - shopping, trains, waterfront, bars and restaurants an east walk away.
