Very good

Liked: The staff were wonderful (particularly the concierge). A super comfy bed & really enjoyed my stay.overall. a good location close to Britomart and Albert Park.
Disliked: I had advised the purpose of my stay was to get some real rest, but I was put in a room next to the main road which was super noisy (not ideal). The gym was underwhelming with very little facilities and no natural light. One of the lights was not working in the bedroom bed head and the in-room menu (on the TV only was nothing exciting, and also not accurate).

Lovely decor great location

Liked: Beautiful and well located
Disliked: A bossy restaurant manager who rather than politely saying the restaurant was closed for a private function. Quizzed us as to whether we were even staying in the property and then dismissed us to the lobby. The check in person was lovely but he was just too rude to have that front of house position.

I wouldn’t recommend to friends...

Liked: Location was good, the art deco design was nice
Disliked: The room was smaller than expected, we didn’t get access to facilities such as the jacuzzi (closed for maintenance for our entire stay) and parking charges were unclear and expensive
