Disliked: Spa was not useful, swipe cards only work for level where you are staying

Liked: The decor and spaciousness of the room was wonderful.
Disliked: We couldn't get the internet or Chromecast - they tried to fix it, but it never worked so disappointing in this day and age!

Nice stay comfortable bed

Liked: Great location and very clean
Disliked: No bathrobes in room and the tv wouldn't connecting to the internet someone tried too with no luck.

Queen Street Auckland

Liked: Great location, right in downtown Auckland. Room was clean and bed was comfy! Check in and check out were both fast and easy.
Disliked: Sadly the hot tub was closed for maintenance. Room layout was a bit strange - no door to the bathroom just one open space. TV wasn't working properly.

A good greeting on arrival...

Liked: Front line staff ,location, food ,beverage ,overall feel.
Disliked: No view from from room ,couldn't access normal TV Channel , slippers too small ,shower toiletries hard to work .

Great stay - would stay...

Liked: This was our second stay there and very much enjoyed it. We were upgraded to junior suite which was a lovely touch. The hotel is much smaller and not as busy as a huge hotel chain
Disliked: Bed was abit lumpy

Liked: Great location, gorgeous art deco and great food.
Disliked: Restaurant a little expensive.
