Jennifer, Fountain Valley, visiting Saddle Rack Fremont

Highly unprofessional, very poor service, unclean, overall just a bad experience. We were in the room no more than 30 minutes and were looking for our money back after we saw the cockroach but they wouldn't give us the refund because the sink was wet. Neither of us had used it, just noticed how it needed to be replaced and how grungy the toilet and bathtub were. I would highly recommend you don't stay here.

Liked: They did waive the cancellation fee.
Disliked: The room smelled disgusting, there was a cockroach scurrying about, and we did not stay the night. They claimed that we had used the toilet and sink in the less than 30 minutes we were there (which we hadn't, due to the poor conditions) and then the manager continued to tell us we were "f***ing lying" over the phone in the lobby.

In general I had a very pleasant visit at this hotel. Loved the location and the staff was very friendly. Not having a coffee pot in the room was something minor I didn't like but I would stay here again.

Liked: Convenient location; friendly staff.
Disliked: No coffee pot in the room to make coffee.

Liked: very rude angry manager and very dirty not safe living conditions toilet flooding, smells bad, floors and paint torn, fridge not working, no microwave, one public microwave very dirty, no housekeeping.
Disliked: everything looks abandoned unkempt.

Disliked: I got to the facility and waited outside for 45+ mins to check in after 2 other people. The room I got was dirty and not cleaned. I seen a few bugs crawling around.

Not worth it. Please don’t...

Disliked: We parked right in front of our door. There was a guy that kept walking in front of our car and staring weirdly. Went in and stayed a little before we decided to just go home. Later found out that the guy being weird was in the room next to us. He left his door wide open and had his pants halfway down playing with himself on the bed. For context, the bed is right in front of the door. I did not even mean to look I was just trying to be vigilant.
