Liked: Location was class! Staff were super lovely and helpful and the rooms were great. Value for money is amazing

Liked: Clean and centrally located. Staff were very friendly & rooms were very clean.
Disliked: The only downside was that the TV had limited channels. Remote said that there was Netflix/prime options but reception confirmed this was not available.

Would absolutely stay here again!

Disliked: Very disappointed with breakfast, it was cold and the layout meant it was not covered. The dining room was filthy and in need of upgrading. The cleaning staff removed our bottles from the room when not empty and left dirty mugs and the hotel water cartons, the bottles removed were return bottles. They took facecloth belonging to us not the hotels. Receptionist on checkout did not offer an opportunity to provide any feedback, where I would have taken this opportunity to give my feedback.

Disliked: verything was good except the bathroom/toilet. Toilet was the most uncomfortable toilet we experenced in all the hotels we have ever stayed in,

Disliked: No air conditioning and we had a view of the roof and the elevator did not go all the way to our floor. We had to get off and walk thru a hallway maze then up a flight of stairs to get to room 416. Which is really a 5 th floor. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. They did give us 2 fans for the room

Liked: I love everything about this hotel,the staff are very friendly and helpful. Also the bed is very comfortable. We had the best 2 nights sleep in a while.we have stayed here before ,and we will definitely be going back.
