Very good

Liked: Nice and large family room with a private den for kid's bunk bed. Great free coffee in the lobby. Pristine clean room
Disliked: Dated facility, squeaky floors and kids bunk beds, windows hard to open and close.

We really enjoyed everything

Liked: Breakfast was excellent !!!Service perfect and the look of the room very nice modern en cozyWe had everything we needed The surrounding was beautiful in the middle of the Centre of the City
Disliked: It is a pitty that we were not able to open the window Maybe because of security reasons

Tasteful quirky hotel in a...

Liked: Tasteful and comfortable big bedrooms, especially love those on the top floor, with very comfortable beds. The hotel is in a lovely old part of Utrecht with great cafes, restaurants and shops on your doorstep and the centre very close. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the history of the building and the quirky way it's honoured in the hotel's theme.
Disliked: Would prefer a buffet breakfast.
