Liked: Booked a double room Queen with you guys to get to my daughters track meet and the hotel say a one room two queen beds are the same. Nowhere in universe is that accurate. Checked out the next night do to roaches crawling in bathroom. My kid and wife were scared. I did not receive a prorated refund from you or them. Paid for another hotel just to get rest!

Liked: Not much. The staff was knowledgeable with the exception of the bartender who was also the front desk clerk.
Disliked: It was dirty. Stained sheets and towels. It was not Ada compliant as the handicapped room was behind double doors and my wheelchair daughter needed assistance to get to her room. In 4 of the 5 rooms I booked there was no hot water. In the bar, it was sticky and looked dirty. There was a puddle with bugs swimming in it. The vending machines were empty and the only ice machine working was on the 2nd level. I booked this for the accessible room and it wasn’t accessible. I’m sure there was more but it was horrible. I paid just under $1600 and deserve at least a partial refund.
