This is the dirtiest, most...

Liked: Not much. The staff was knowledgeable with the exception of the bartender who was also the front desk clerk.
Disliked: It was dirty. Stained sheets and towels. It was not Ada compliant as the handicapped room was behind double doors and my wheelchair daughter needed assistance to get to her room. In 4 of the 5 rooms I booked there was no hot water. In the bar, it was sticky and looked dirty. There was a puddle with bugs swimming in it. The vending machines were empty and the only ice machine working was on the 2nd level. I booked this for the accessible room and it wasn’t accessible. I’m sure there was more but it was horrible. I paid just under $1600 and deserve at least a partial refund.

Liked: The room wasn’t clean there was coffee stains on the lamp and inside the lamp by the beds the sheets had yellow spots on white sheets toilet leaked when flushed

Disliked: Not enough linens. Elevator slow. Security of exterior doors being propped open. Ice machines not working.

The worst smelly hotel

Liked: The worst hotel I’ve ever been. Stay away from it.
Disliked: Not clean. Smelly. None of my family would try to use the shower.

Liked: The hotel was as expected. Not the best, but not the worst. It was relatively clean.
Disliked: We had 2 rooms because we were traveling with kids (21 and 17). We booked a king room and a double single room for the kids. They didn’t ask us if we wanted adjoining rooms, and we didn’t know until they gave us the keys that they had put us on entirely different floors. It was ok because of their ages, but definitely not ok for families with younger children. The sheets were very itchy, and the towels were in pretty bad shape. But things were relatively clean for the price.
