Disliked: Bed bugs. Alot of bed bugs. Alot of live in residents. Too much crackhead activity. Rude man at front desk.

A bad Experience

Liked: There was a lot of room. Three beds. Two bathrooms. Kitchen facilities were adequate although we did not use them. Location was good although there was trouble getting there due to construction.
Disliked: The Room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was two inches of dust on fan and front window curtain.The door locked, but there was a gap which allowed you to see outside, giving you the impression that it was not locked. There were no trash cans nowhere. We collect trash and put it in a bag. No TOWELS.THEY CLOSED AT 10:00 PM. NOT ACCESSIBLE to late check in. TV while it looked nice, It did not work. 🤔 There were roaches crawling around .We were not able to wash our hands on the initial check in due to a busted pipe, but they said it was fixed about 6:00 pm. When we returned, after was on. This place was far from reaching my expectations. I think if they paid someone to clean the room, they should ask for a refund. Carpet was loose in several places,creating A fall risk. The railings going c up the stairs was not stable creating another fall risk. This place is borderline Condeem. One of the worst place I have ever stayed.
