Disliked: The cleanliness wasn't satisfactory the bathroom smelled like urine the tub look like it wasn't clean the carpet wasn't clean the bed was small by a big queen size

Liked: The Hotel was close to our junction, Hotel was clean, just old and need of update. Room was large and comfortable.
Disliked: Mattress old and lumpy. Only a sheet and thin coverlet on bed no extra blankets in rooms

Liked: they over booked and we had no place to stay the staff didn’t care at all very disappointing

Liked: I am still waiting on a refund for one of my rooms. It was so dirty it was un usable. We were forced to make other arrangements for half our party
Disliked: Rooms were dirty one room had what appeared to be urine on the bed and no bedding or toiletries. There was some brown substance on the bathroom sink. When we asked for a clean room we were led back to the old room and told it was our fault it was dirty

Fantastic customer service.

Liked: The staff . Especially the front desk where the meat.
Disliked: Check in time @ 3 pm

Looks like they are improving...

Liked: They were doing construction all night for two nights and days, pillows were flat blankets thin
