Disliked: booked this room months in advance, expecting a smooth stay. I even went by the property around 1 PM the day of check-in to see if early check-in was possible. Everything seemed fine—they didn’t mention any issues at all.Then at 5:30 PM, just 30 minutes before regular check-in, I get a phone call saying my reservation is canceled due to overbooking. Are you serious? After I had already been there earlier in the day? Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate.To make things worse, when I stopped by, the lobby reeked of weed—like someone had just smoked inside and no one cared. And yes, a staff member was right there, totally unbothered by it.The motel looks nothing like the pictures online. The actual property is run-down and sketchy, and there were people hanging around the parking lot and stairwells like it was a block party—loud, loitering, just not a place you’d feel comfortable staying.This place is a joke. Poor communication, shady atmosphere, and complete lack of professionalism. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.

Long story short this place...

Liked: Nothing at all, people were outside the door smoking weed and some dude was in the handicapped parking working on a jacked up car. Couldn’t even go inside the establishment as the doors were locked.
Disliked: Again, theres was nothing to like. Can’t speak on the inside, as the doors were locked, but the outside gave the energy that the inside wasn’t going to be any better.

Bad

Liked: This place is an absolute shit hole. Bugs, everything is broken, crack heads and prostitutes everywhere, multiple code violations that are unsafe including broken windows, broken doors, and no outlet covers.
Disliked: There's literally nothing to like. We didnt stay there and they wont give us our money back.

Terrible

Liked: Nothing they were overbooked and I couldn’t get a room after driving 3 1/2 hours. I even called around 2 and said it would be a late check in around 7 and they said it was fine
Disliked: I got ripped off by booking.com I just want my money I paid for a hotel I didn’t get. Got into contact with support and was told they had to verify with the hotel to make sure I was telling the truth

Do not stay here! Awful!!!!

Disliked: People walking around in next to no clothes. Staff handing us room keys to go check to see if our room was even clean. Staff in inappropriate clothing. I would not let anyone stay at this hotel. Ever! Smelled like urine in the hallways!

Horrible not a safe place...

Liked: Nothing, was not able to stay here due to no one at front to check me in when I showed up at 11:00pm after a long trip. Still charged me for a night and could stay there, had to look for another room at that timeI called check in over the phone still couldn’t reach anyone. Every number was the wrong number .. horrible A lot of hang out at night, drug addicts everywhere not a safe place
