Bad

Liked: I don?t know anything about the property or the rooms. No one was there to check us in.
Disliked: No one was there to check us in. I arrived earlier in the day to check on an early check in. Was told rooms were not available but the front desk person noted our reservation that we would be checking in late and told us that someone would be there when we arrived.

Very good

Liked: Breakfast is practically non existent.. grab a banana and/or orange or cold cereal or oatmeal. No coffee. Their coffee looks like pee water... Ask for real coffee and the lady was very bothered and had an attitude.She seemed bothered when we checked in the night b4 but she was worse in the morning... Hotel is nice and rooms were a lot nicer than expected/anticipated. The customer service naked this a no return hotel. If they cant take care of the dozen or so guests they had, they should consider getting out of the customer service and hospitality industry.

It was the worst stay...

Liked: I did not like anything about this hotel. Absolute worst experience ever.
Disliked: Everything about this place could of been better. When I arrived I did the usual check in procedures at the desk, however, one thing that was not usual was the fact that they took a photo copy of the front and back of my credit card along with my ID and held it for their files! I was already not having it when I realized they have all my credit card info. I asked to see the policy and speak to a manager about them keeping all my credit card info, the problem was resolved when they just gave me back the copy of my credit card info. I was then fine and proceeded to my room. I open the door and just glance to find that the room hasn?t even been cleaned after the last guests. The beds were messy, towels all over the floor, and just dirty. I go back up there and obviously request a another room. They are surprised their house keeper didn?t do her job and they apologize and start trying to reach her because apparently she left for the day and no one else is around to clean. I get a new room, for the inconvenience , they go ahead and send me to the second floor. I go up there and walk in to find a single bed. Mind you I was traveling with two other people and paid for two queen beds, yet they still gave me a one bed room when they clearly see 3 people. At this point I had about enough and just ask for a refund. I run into another guest who was having issues with this hotel as well. He tells me he is waiting for two refunds from this hotel because they charged him 3 times! I just took it as a sign to get out of there. I ask again for my refund and they start to say that the card charge never actually went through and that they never charged me so I don?t have to worry. It was definitely a lie because I check my account to find the payment pending. It is now the end of my trip and I still haven?t gotten a refund even though I had to find and pay for another hotel same day to continue my trip. Horrible horrible horrible place.

Good

Liked: The manager (Ben) is the best and is doing everything he can to help you with your stay.
Disliked: The hotel is in a change over from Wingate to Extended Stay there are a lot of issues with the switch but they are trying to overcome them as they happen. They haven't started the breakfast yet but tried getting some things to take with.

It was very comfortable and...

Liked: Breakfast was good, location was great, employees were very nice, and the room was very comfortable!
Disliked: Very little to complain about honestly. If I had to be really picky, I would say, maybe have more towels in the room.

Terrible, execpt for girl at...

Liked: Between Booking.com and hotel, our reservation was lost - even though we called to confirm the night before!!!!!! Waited two hours for room with two children.....Got room under construction after I volunteered to clean a room myself. The girl who took care of us was the only bright spot....she was sweet, accomodating to the best of her ability and she pushed to get us something because the whole town was booked and we would have had to sleep in our car. The hotel would go out of business if not for her. I do understand that the hotel was being updated and under construction and a name change. But do to the fact that they are short staffed and our communities do not want to get back to work, it's easier to stay home, there is no one to care for you or see to it that you even have a place to stay. There were also many restaurants in town that could serve appropriately because they had NO staff! No one wants to get a job! It was the worst experience I've ever had traveling. Booking.com is also unreachable and has no solution if you get into a bind. Never again!
