Disliked: The room smelled really bad, roaches was crawling in the bathroom and on the dressers, the bathroom sink had a terrible leak, then my 18 yo woke up to a BED BUG on her ARM and has bites on her arm and leg, my son has bite marks my husband has bites, after notifying the front desk all she can say I’ll let my manager know…. Don’t waste your time here, they really disappointed me with this room 116, if one room got roaches they all got roaches and Bed Bugs

Liked: No I was scared walking on the room bx its wasnt clean.
Disliked: I was 10 min after 11 and get attitude with me i have 5 min the mess up. I never come back here again

Horrible Conditions

Disliked: The bathroom had no soap. The pullout couch was broken and I fell to the floor once I sat down. The pullout couch mattress was stained, I took pics and saved them for proof. The main bed had no blanket. The clerk checked out before 12am so nothing could be resolved except the facial soap he did give us. I had called the front desk prior to going down to get the soap because I got no answer at the desk on the phone. I knew then the clerk was checking out bc the sign was posted but it was 30 beforehand. Once I went back to the room is when I realized about the blankets and sheets for the beds and I went back to the front desk and no one was there. It was closed.

It was an unmitigated disaster

Disliked: Had to sleep at a friend’s house Saturday evening, my card key did not work and the reception desk was not staffed after midnight. The emergency phone was out of service; the number listed on the reservation was non functional.I called 911 to get a contact number and was promised that someone would come over to address the problem but at 2 am no one came and I left.You should be aware that this location is no longer a part of the Extended Stay network, per the telephone operator.

Liked: NOT ONE thing,
Disliked: The room was dirty, towels blue and white dirty looked like someone's personal towels left behind.brought it to the attention of the tall black female that checked me in. Whom was also rude, disrespectful. Moved to the room next door and there were roaches. Smh
