It's getting worse

Liked: The staff or what little this place has is always welcoming and helpful despite what they can and unfortunately can't do.
Disliked: I've stayed here multiple times and it's gradually getting worse each time. First the roaches are insane it's not one or two in a corner it's big ones small ones the baby ones crawling everywhere. Then the sheets and bedding are not actually being cared for or washed correctly stains like it's not even being washed just put back on the bed. I bought and used my own bedding. The shower head popped of and had to wait a day to get it fixed. The light fixture above the mirror kept falling off because the adhesive inside of it is no longer working, got woken up in the middle of the night twice because of it falling. This could really be a nice place for people if the people cleaning or up keeping the place or even the owner themselves actually cared. One of the two washers is always out of service but now both of them are, id just advise hiring a better maintenance tech or manager cause this place is getting worse and worse.

Unacceptable conditions and poor communication.

Liked: Very little. The parking was the only decent thing about the property
Disliked: Hallways smelled of stale urine and body odor. My room was filthy. Carpets were stained, brown splotchy stains on the bedding, hair balls on the floor, mold in the bathroom, finish was peeling off the cabinets. The batteries in my tv remote also didn’t work. I was locked out of my room twice forcing me to check out early due to the inability to fix the door. Management was unreachable and the phone number provided to resolve immediate issues was incorrect. I wasn’t refunded for the three nights I didn’t end up staying due to “late checkout” but I only checked out at the time I did because I was uncomfortable staying for my full reserved time. The emergency phone that was at the facility also wasn’t working. It was not communicated effectively that this property is no longer an extended stay but rather a choice hotel causing more confusion and miscommunication.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Liked: The set up of the room was the only good thing about this NASTY PLACE.
Disliked: Where do I start. 1. The doors to enter the building at the stairs were broken and dont close or even lock.2. The whole place smelt like WEED the entire 3 days we were there.3. They advertised themselves and a completely different hotel when I booked. I booked with Extended Stay America and when I got there they said they were Suburban studios. 4. They said they had a Pool which they didnt.5. The rooms were DISGUSTING6.THERE WERE ROACHES.7. I asked for toilet paper I was told they would bring it in a few minutes, an hour later we had to leave and when we got back someone had been in our room and left the toilet paper. ITS ILLEGAL TO ENETER SOMEONE'S ROOM WITHOUT BEING TOLD THEY CAN COME IN. EVERY other hotel was booked up due to the Huge Baseball tournament we were attending or we would have NEVER stayed here.DO NOT STAY HERE.8. They knocked on our door at 10:55 and asked if we were staying another day and we told them we would let them know and she said that's fine, we'll 20 minutes later the lady looked in my window of the room with a smart attitude telling me I would t get my deposit back due to getting out he room 20 minutes late, when they just told us we were fine. 9 I had to have someone come in and reclean the pull out couch. The sheets I asked for were disgusting.They had to cover expect sheets.
