This location needs some renovation...
Liked: The proximity to the Tortuga Music Festival Event and the front desk staff member when i arrive Friday evening was very friendly and helpful and so was the gentleman driving the shuttles, he was very nice!
Disliked: The entire 2nd floor smelled wet and moldy and all of the ceiling tiles looked dirty. Room service did not attend my room once out of the three days i was there. The "free breakfast" advertisement is deceiving as there is not real hot breakfast, just a grab and go station (part of my reason for booking this location was my understanding that there would be an actual breakfast) The entire floor in the lobby was not clean once.

It worked for our trip.
Liked: The room was very clean and looked great. It was very close to where family was staying (they used bonus points, I would have had to pay twice as much as Extended Stay to stay in their hotel). Good choice of restaurants. Very close proximity to cruiseport.
Disliked: The carpet in hallway looked a little dingy. Could use a little more help at the front desk or try simplifying checkin and checkout. Maybe a second line for those that already paid on line.

room was very good but...
Liked: it was coffee and a package muffin or granola bar--not much
Disliked: we were told there would be a shuttle from and to airport but when called they said there was not one. Materials also said there was a complimentary shuttle to the cruise ship--but we were charge $4-5 per person.

Disliked: The cock roaches, ants, and some other unknown insect!

Horrible. I have no photos...
Liked: This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The images on Booking.com are so out of date. It was filthy. The carpets were sticky - we couldn't take off our shoes they were so dirty. The door to the room had been broken into. The corridors hadn't been hoovered in weeks. It hadn't been decorated in years and breakfast on the go consists of coffee and a muffin standing in a reception area which is about 10 feet x 12 feet. This is a hotel for people who are working long term and want cheap accommodation negotiated with the staff - they offer ridiculously low rates over the counter and then charge ridiculous rates to those booking through Booking.com. It is not even a 1*.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.
