Liked: The property was very convenient to my location. There were adequate restaurants in the vicinity. It was clean and adequate and served my purpose.
Disliked: No problems. It was what I was expecting.

The customer service was excellent...

Liked: The property was convenient for my wife to get to from off of 95
Disliked: The only thing that I did not like was our toilet was leaking, but they did fix the problem and switched us to another room

Disliked: They Advertise breakfast is really misleading, they say the serve some what of a continental breakfast because so many people come to the front counter asking do the serve breakfast and they point you to a little corner that has coffee, hot chocolate, oatmeal and some prepackaged stale muffins, I was pissed because the expectation of breakfast being served at this inflated price was the reason I booked this place

Liked: The front desk clerk was very pleasant and accommodating, being that I requested to checkout within an hour of checking in and they gave me no hassle.
Disliked: The facility had a horrible odor, as did the room. There was no way I could be comfortable staying there. The vending machines did not work. Not one of them.

Liked: Building had moldy smell, floor felt as though it was about to cave in, dirty, horrible mattress, the room smelled bad, the halls smelled bad, they didn’t clean my room, or bring clean towels out of three days

Disliked: For the price of the room it should’ve been better breakfast only oatmeal and muffin the Wi-Fi sucks the pool was again very dirty the food was terrible
