I really liked the room and it's particular amenities. I did not like all of the hidden costs. The desk clerk tried to explain them and said they should have been brought out in my confirmation online. I looked that over and there was no information on these hidden costs.

It was basically very nice. The bath tub didn't work, so the manager was good enough to let me have another room. In general, the rooms were clean, within walking distance of the venue, and the staff very friendly. I will most definitely stay in one again.

Disliked: It felt really racist honestly.. I didn’t like the vibes there! I didn’t get any sleep because it’s lots of families living there with kids and dogs everywhere!! It’s dog hair all on the luggage racks to bring your items in! They don’t take your trash out you have to walk around the hotel I would say motel experience but just to find a can that’s no where to be found depending where your room is! Otherwise if you sit it outside your door not knowing the rules which they don’t tell you! Someone will take the time to type up a paper and slip it under your door just to let you know they’re not touching your trash! I was only there for almost a week and the staff told me they clean the rooms every two weeks! Which made me understand why my son’s allergies was breaking out bad in that room! All I can say is keep trying on getting tips with that kinda service!
