Disliked: I had to kill a bug in the room None of the countertops were clean, had to do it myself Molded food in the microwave that was not from me. Couldn’t even warm up my own food. Front desk made us bring the dirty towels from our room before we could get new ones, the front desk that work Fourth of July evening was so rude to my fiance. Treated him like trash Never again

Felt uneasy and unwelcomed

Liked: The location was nice the hotel itself was nice.
Disliked: I felt felt VERY un welcomed when checking in, the staff asked my reason for staying in which i answered a family emergency. I had slept in a hospital chair for the past two days just to go to the hotel and be made feel unwelcomed. They demanded everyone’s ID with an attitude he made remarks about how many I had in my party. I booked two rooms for 5 people that traveled states away to show support and felt embarrassed of how the staff member treated us at the door. He then gave us only one room key and when I approached to request the second key he laughed while handing us the second room key with a smirky apology. The staff checking us in is the only reason I will not give this hotel a good review I am of Hispanic race (yes all legal) and felt very un welcomed and embarrassed to stay there I would not recommend this hotel. I treated the staff with respect apart of how I was treated in return but I can NOT give this hotel a good review on that note.

Pictures online are deceiving

Liked: The attending staff at front kept talking to me through my husband as if he wasn’t there…Does “he” have an ID and my husband is standing right next to me (did that twice). Photo detector wasn’t working at all, had to switch to the next register.All of the lights were not working. The microwave was dirty. I asked the attendee when the credit card be released on file for incidentals. And he sounded “upon” check out. I handed the attendee my ReaL ID twice and each time he returned them to the counter and not my hand. He appeared nervous, jittery…He asked for payment and payment was made online. I previously mentioned that the room is already paid for. The stay was not pleasant. I smelled marijuana in the elevator. And the carpet, rug smelled mildew.
