Disliked: Worst experience ever with a hotel. The pool was disgusting, they advertise breakfast and it’s only oatmeal and muffins, the water pressure is very low and didn’t get hot for my kids to shower. At 1am we heard a bunch of banging around upstairs and furniture scooting across the floor it kept me and my familyUp as we stayed there to head down to key west the next day. They didn’t do anything about the kids having a party above us. I gave this a bad rating because I’m simply tired from lack of sleep and the noise above usScared my kids.

Liked: Having a place to sleep for the night,nothing more,nothing less.
Disliked: The entire hotel is outdated,the refrigerator had rust on it,the appliances outdated and old. The bed was a little uncomfortable,and the internet was trash. There was an issue they refused to inform me about,kept redirecting me to the manager who was never available. We kept having issues with the key cards.

Liked: I didn’t like anything. I didn’t stay in the room for more than 5 mins that’s how dirty it was
Disliked: We had the room 228 and the room wasn’t clean The cabinet was rusty the bathroom wasn’t clean looks like someone just took a shower there the beds wasn’t in good condition and the fridge was rusty as well .

Disliked: The breakfast was very poor. Coffee or tea was available but there was nothing worth eating.

Liked: The location & they allowed my party bus to come in the parking lot.
Disliked: No garbage can in the room, roaches crawling on the night stand. Didn't have a room key the first night because the machine was down. First room smelled like dead fish

Disliked: double booked the room - stranger entered - that should never happen with a reputable company/property. Will never again be using this brand

Disliked: The hotel could have had a few updates based on the price charged for the room per night. Breakfast options were subpar. I expected more from previous experiences at other Extended Stay America locations
