Disliked: 5+ roaches n bugs in bedroom n bathroom. No icebox. No hair dryer. No coffee maker in room.

Liked: The front desk attendant was *so* nice. Despite our issues with the property, she was truly such a kind soul. Our first room reeked of cat pee. We went downstairs and asked if we could switch rooms, and she did so with no issues. When we got to the second room and had our issue there, she released our reservation with no issue.
Disliked: The first room *reeked* of cat pee. If you have cats, you know how strong that smell is. It hit us in the face the second the door opened. We were able to switch rooms with no issue. The second room seemed alright, but while in the bathroom, a roach crawled along the sink. That was the final nail in the coffin for us.

Disliked: When i got there to check in I was informed they had no rooms even though i had a reservation…. Had to find another hotel one hour before the concert i was in town for….

Disliked: Bed uncomfortable roaches in the nightstand draw roaches in refrigerator hallway smells room has odor

Liked: The price was low, and they returned my deposit fast.
Disliked: There was an unpleasant pungent odor in the hallways. The room was small & not really clean. Old dented up appliances. The elevator was filthy with smeared substance. Dog droppings right outside the entrance and the lingering smell of Marijuana outside and in the lobby.
