Disliked: It was all dirty, the smell was bad, the bathroom was gross, no help with the suitcases, really cold, it says good breakfast but it’s hard even to call it a breakfast

Liked: The only good thing is the location, 12 from the IAD
Disliked: Someone was smoking in the room before I got there I had to stay there because I didn't have another choice, they say that the wifi is free but once you're trying to connect with the wifi you have to pay per 1 hour

Liked: The staff was pleasant.
Disliked: The room has a strong smell of old cigarettes. The floors were dirty. There was a lot of general disrepair, like paint peeling off the walls and shelving that was loose. The “breakfast” mentioned in the listing was coffee, instant oatmeal, and granola bars. they said the elevator was out of service due to a power outage, but it was out of service for three days and I never saw anyone working on it.

Disliked: Awful experience. The sink was clogged from Day 1, and it took repeated complaints to fix. Next day, the power went out for 8+ hours—no lights, AC, or WiFi. The next day, the elevator was broken, and I had to carry heavy bags down 3 flights of stairs.Management and staff Totally unresponsive and unhelpful. Avoid this place.
