More like a Motel instead...

Liked: Location is close to shopping mall
Disliked: Someone smoked in the room and the smell was very bad. The “breakfast” was not much.

Run down. Not good value...

Disliked: It was run down and there were ants in the room. The bathroom floor felt sticky.

Liked: Conveniently located to everywhere we needed to travel. Very close to shopping and grocery needs.
Disliked: Room smelled the entire time even though we ran the ac and bathroom fan constantly. Floors dirty and there were bugs!

Chaos

Liked: The lady in training.
Disliked: They gave me a key to a room someone was in already. It took an hour to get checked in. Was told I can only get 25% back of my stay. I have not heard anything else. Not happy and manager seemed to careless that I walked into a locked room in an open carry state!

I am able to relax....

Liked: Everything. I don't drive, there are bus stops in front of building and across from building. Fair Oaks Mall is in walking distance. The hotel itself is equipped with everything you will need. The front desk staff very friendly and helpful. I am enjoying my stay, that I have booked for another 5 days. Nina Robinson.
