Overpriced and lack in value.

Liked: Location was decent, 10 min from Dulles airport. Complimentary coffee with snacks was ok. Plenty of free parking.
Disliked: The property from the outside appeared well kept unfortunately the inside was the opposite. The hallways needed some renovation, the rooms were not very appealing and smelled a bit strange, not so pleasant. The bathrooms were not cleaned very well. Furniture looked old. I felt it was overpriced and lack in value. The staff were not the friendliest but just helpful.

An average stay all round...

Liked: good location and quiet
Disliked: dated and old inside rooms. bed not so comfortable. breakfast offering bare minimum of muffin and coffee in an urn

Good place to stay near...

Liked: I chose this for the location near the Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum, since I had a free day before a nearby conference started. BUT I badly misjudged that I could walk to the museum. A guard wearing a Smithsonian patch refused to let me walk up the 1-mile road leading to the museum. So, I had to go back to the hotel and have them call a cab to go one mile to the museum. There was literally no way to walk to the museum--no sidewalks anywhere. As for the hotel itself, it was great for an extended stay, clean and quiet, but you really need to have a car as there are few sidewalks in the whole area, and few restaurants. The breakfast was minimal but it didn't bother me--it was a good chance to lose weight.

It’s a place to grab...

Liked: Close to the airport
Disliked: Room smelled of smoke. So much that it made me sick and couldn’t fall asleep. I heard from another colleague their floor (3rd) smelled, but wasn’t as bad. The 1st floor was BAD

Treacherous

Liked: The night shift staff tried to charge me double the price of what I had already paid, despite showing him proof of purchasing the room through multiple receipts and confirmations via email, text and bank transactions. I had noted under special requests that I was booking under my married name Demerly, however my driver's license will show my maiden name Younge. Instead of checking this info, he tried to argue with me instead of accommodate and rectify his lack of attention to detail. We were later assigned to room 106, which had fresh red stains on the kitchen counter, crumbs all over the floor, urine on the toilet seat, and hair on the bathroom counter. I would rate this entire experience a negative 1, if possible.
