Disliked: I did not like that. The staff was not friendly and accommodating. They pretty much were out of everything and made you have to go down to the front desk just to get anything. The room wasn’t the best and the hotel overall was very dingy and dirty.

Liked: See other review below. After a couple more stays everything I liked before was still the same. No other room I stayed in had the smell that Rm 132 had before. Would recommend

Stay was horrible.

Liked: That it had 3 beds.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the room is falsely advertised. There were no bedding for sleeper sofa. There was no pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, cups, plates, etc. I had to go to office to get dishes and was only given one pot, pan, spoon and one knife. There was only a small amount of toilet paper on the roll Friday when we checked in after the room just had gotten cleaned. When asked for toilet paper, we were told it will be sent up but it never did so we had to use the box of Kleenex tissue that was in bathroom. That was very much unacceptable, we always were told the hotel was short staffed, but there were workers sitting in office with manager talking and listening to music, singing.

Disliked: There was trash on every hallway just about. The building smelled bad. There was a roach in the room when we checked in. It didn’t feel clean but I didn’t have any choice but to stay.
