Liked: Having a kitchen helped us save money on food for our family. The big desk and comfy chair worked great for me since I work remotely.Also we enjoyed the gym. It has an elliptical machine and a treadmill. It's great to have laundry facilities as well. My wife used the app to pay for the landry. Super easy, just make sure you scan the right machine each time. It's $2.50 per load, per machine. So $5 to wash and dry one load.
Disliked: There was a serious bug/pest issue! Please clean your hotel and spray for bugs stat!We did not like seeing roaches everywhere especially around our small children! We also had a dirty room upon arrival. We found dog poop and pee. The mattress cover on the hide-a-bed was full of dog pee. We found animal poop. My amazing wife cleaned it all up. The hotel did give us clean linens. The pee smell remained in the couch. We cleaned it and covered it as best we could.We also did not appreciate some behaviors from the staff being a bit inappropriate. One of the staff members named Matthew hit on my wife and the mother of my children. He caught her in the laundry room alone. Yes, she's very hot, but wow, wow!!!! How inappropriate! After that she was trying to avoid whenever he was on shift. We left soon after this incident. Not trying to get people fired, but it seemed very inappropriate.

Liked: Friendly staff, location and large room. Location was walking distance to restaurants.
Disliked: Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Liked: There was no breakfast, but there website mentioned that they did.
Disliked: The location, the rooms was filthy, smelled like cigarettes smoke and I have a child that has asthma, there was cigarette burns in the bathroom, they had cockroaches, there was blood on the door frame, they had roach powder sprinkled all around the room, the couches was scratched up by dogs.

Liked: Day manager was honest and upfront during our conversations.
Disliked: 1. No coffee pot or coffee/tea in room. 2. No ice machine in building. Not broken. This hotel does not have one. 3. Website states breakfast. Warm not hot coffee plus chewy granola bar does nit count as breakfast. 4. Roaches in the kitchen crawling aro

Liked: I came here due to price, location and availability. I needed to extend my stay when there were not many rooms available in town. At nearly midnight, a night clerk from another location helped work out my reservation and payment Thank you.

Liked: Nothing was to like about this sleeping establishment. The front desk woman kept calling someone on the phone to communicate with me about my rooms. Which I thought was odd, but I continue to comply. They charged me for a $50 deposit which the front desk woman had said my rooms were ready. Which they were not. She told me this after I paid for the deposit which I would never do until I am accommodated for my reservations. I have nothing to like about this sleeping establishment.
Disliked: Everything needs to be readjusted and new management is needed. If the person in the front desk does not have technical skills in entering my information and is required to call someone to speak in another language and have the daughter translate over the phone is very unprofessional. The daughter Bridget, comes out after I requested my refund in her sleeping attire presenting we are in the wrong. Not true. My uncles and my dad who I drove down 12 hours from Minnesota to Oklahoma for a funeral for the weekend. The disrespect from the two woman may have cause health issues to my elderlies for the way everyone was treated. If you do not respond to my request for refund with 24 hours. You will receive a phone call regarding about the damaging incident.
