First day was OK. We...

Liked: There were several items that were not plugged in that we had to plug in ourselves: the television, the television cable, the lamp next to the table, the alarm clock, the refrigerator. The freezer smelled horrible. The pillows and blanket on one of the beds smelled like they needed to be laundered. The young lady that checked us in was very nice. The woman that checked us out asked how her day was and we told her a few of the above items and then she obviously didn’t want to hear anymore.

The stay was just ok.

Liked: The bed was comfortable, and the layout of the room was good.
Disliked: Floors needed to be mopped. Recliner would not recline. Traffic noise was very loud at times. Breakfast was a nutritional bar. You have to ask the front desk for the kitchen to be stocked with utensils and cookware.

Liked: Not much to say about liking this hotel.
Disliked: Bed was hard, pillows were flat, roaches in shower, parking is to small, peoole laying on the walkways at night, advertised a breakfast and there was none.

Liked: Booked a room for 2 beds online then when I get to the location only had 1 room with 1 bed for my family and meI pay for the room but then I get a notice that I was also charged for the other room so I was double charged The manager was very helpful the next and said she had issued a refund towards my account

Liked: The extended stay suites met our expectations for our stay in Tucson. We wanted a room with a kitchen and plenty of space for our stuff. We also liked the location to Saguaro national park and other hiking locations.
Disliked: The bed could have been more comfortable and the carpet, though clean was stained.
