Extended Stay America Suites - Temecula - Wine Country

We checked out a day early. Sheets had brown stains; non smoking areas and rooms reeked of smoke; it was all terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Liked: Nothing was likeable except for John who cared about our safety and concerns.
Disliked: All was bad.

BE AWARE, DON'T STAY HERE...

Liked: Breakfast was not breakfast. There was only coffee. This place is a "Voucher" hotel meaning the state gives families vouchers for unhoused families to stay at and this is one of the suites/hotels that accepts them. Coming into the facility there was only one elevator and stairs. No housekeeping. We would have to bring towels downstairs in a trash bag to get new ones. There are people constantly outside smoking and the people high on things will keep you up late at night. It is not a safe area. There was a roach in the bathroom. The lady in the front did the best that she can to accommodate. I will never stay here or recommend this hotel disguised as a motel ever and for the price tag, pay an extra $50/night and go elsewhere.
Disliked: More transparency. This is not a hotel. Housekeeping is only once every 7 days. The rooms smell awful. The hotel needs a new makeover inside.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: We checked in and immediately checked out. Staff and manager were understanding. People staying there were creepy and obviously under the influence. Full refund was given.

Disliked: Funny smell in the room. Had to buy febreeze to take care of it . Room was supposed to be one bed yet I got 2 instead

Liked: The location was perfect it was near restaurants fast food anything that I needed for my trip is all close by
Disliked: My room was a little Dusty and the sheets and towel seemed worn

Disliked: It was the Cheesiest breakfast I've ever seen. It's more like coffee and a prepackaged muffin. Vending machines are a rip-off $2.75 for a candy bar. Water pressure in the shower was non-existent.
