Extended Stay America Suites - Temecula - Wine Country

We checked out a day early. Sheets had brown stains; non smoking areas and rooms reeked of smoke; it was all terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Liked: Nothing was likeable except for John who cared about our safety and concerns.
Disliked: All was bad.

Liked: It was actually a good looking building from the outside, not too attractive in the inside
Disliked: The breakfast consisted of coffee (which was good) , packaged muffins which were old and dry, instant oatmeal and breakfast bars. No fruit !Was not my cup of tea. Also. Next to the freeway, noisyToilet seat was about to come off.

Liked: The staff was kind and there was alot of places near for entertainment.
Disliked: This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I've stayed at cleaner motels. My one year olds legs were covered in filth from crawling on the floor. You could visibly see dust piled up for weeks on furniture. The chair and head bored had foreign splatter marks on them.....they clearly hadn't been wiped down in a very long time either. I felt very nasty being there. In addition to the filth, the bed had a dip in it, so it hurt my back termediosly.

Disliked: The fact we were told there was breakfast. No breakfast at all. It's grab n go coffee and muffins. The tub didn't drain well & it was very dirty. Very pricey not worth it..I don't recommend to others. There is plumbing problem s and we were charged a lot. No never returning

Pleasant, clean room not far...

Liked: The breakfast was enough to tide me over for a hefty lunch at another location/restaurant.
Disliked: Not in room towel service. We had to go to the front desk for towels.
