Good for the price

Liked: How big the room was.
Disliked: Parking, the hold fixtures, chipped paint and the broken access door.

The staff was not understanding...

There were mosquitoes everywhere biting...

Disliked: There were mosquitoes everywhere biting both me and my baby. I asked the hotel staff if they would be able to change our rooms but they didn’t have anything else available. The lady at front was kind enough to suggest to her manager for us to get a refund because we could not stay in that room any longer. However the manager would not accommodate that stating that she would need to get pest control out there first in order to process my refund. It’s almost been a month and I have not heard anything in response.

Disliked: Dates of Stay: 3/19/2025 - 3/21/2025When I arrived back at my room on the first night of check-in, I found it infested with baby roaches. I had to wait until the front desk was staffed in the morning before being able to address this with anyone, and when I was able to get in contact with someone, they stated all they could do was move me to a different room. I inquired about a refund and was told that because I booked through a third-party site, they were unable to do anything for me. When I reached out to booking.com customer service, I was never able to actually talk with someone, and they only provided a 10% travel credit for a future visit, and I have not been able to get back in contact with anyone since then. Just beware for anyone looking to book here in the future, especially through booking.com, neither party will work with you to right any wrongs done by the hotel. Would spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Room was quiet. Bed was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. Very happy with the cost. Very good value.
Disliked: Nothing
