Disliked: I had 2 rooms booked and paid for. When I went to check in there was confusion and the lady checking us in "accidentally" cancelled 1 of my 2 rooms. When they tried to fix it I was informed that I had to contact booking.com and have them talk to the hotel and get a new virtual payment. That didn't work. Tried calling booking again and was told they needed to talk directly to the hotel so then we waited for a call to the hotel that never came. The hotel then told me booking refused to send a new virtual payment and so I only had the one room. Then the hotel tried to get me to rebook a room directly through them. This was horrible it was a nightmare. I was 12 hours away from home and NO ONE would help! Not the hotel not booking NO ONE! So what we ended up with was 2 rooms of people crammed into one room for 4 days. We requested extra blankets were told there were none requested extra pillows were told there were none requested simple basic things to accommodate my family being crammed into this one room and had no accommodations met. Then when we tried to leave the only way out was broken and we were trapped in the parking lot with staff unaware of how to let us out. We ended up having to be let out through the one way entrance instead of exit. Will never book through booking again will never stay at this hotel again! I have to say this is the worst traveling experience I have ever had.

Disliked: > No breakfast!! Property claims breakfast included when booking. In reality it is just coffee, hot chocolate, tiny Entenmann muffin and granola bar> Hair in the bathtub, top of bathroom sink, and sheets.> Sticky handle on the inside, Kitchen sink had some kind of marmalade in the drain.> Wi-Fi network would connect, then keep disconnecting after a few minutes.
