Very good

Liked: Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The clerk, Maryanne was very sweet and friendly. I enjoyed saying hello to her. Even when things were busy she maintained a cheerful business attitude. She was great!
Disliked: Had to ask for coffee pot and cups. Coffee is my main drink, but there was one available from front desk.

Liked: Dangerous area, the bedroom door doesn't lock. unpleasant smell.

Liked: Convenient. Roomy. Nice staff.
Disliked: Dirty floors. Smelly hallways due to days of not removing trash from the trash room. The door could hardly be opened due to the amount of trash in the room. My bathroom sink was full of dirty standing water upon my arrival and maintenance had to come fix it. Advertising breakfast as a perk is very misleading. Coffee/tea and packaged muffins and breakfast bars do not constitute breakfast. False advertising. Other hotels that advertise breakfast do much better.
